How Ownership Works at Pacific Grove Plaza

Your allocated time

Each owner holds an interval: a week at the resort in a particular suite size and season. Weeks float within your season, so you choose your dates each year rather than being tied to the same week.

Seasons

• White season: weeks 1-8 of the year
• Red season: weeks 9-52

The current use-week dates are listed on the 2026-2027 Use Week Calendar, available from the front desk.

Every year or every other year

Most intervals are used every year. Some are every other year, which means a week at the resort every second year. Every-other-year owners are billed half the yearly dues each year.

Yearly dues

[CONFIRM: 2026 two-bedroom dues] Dues cover the full operation of the resort and its reserves, and ownership includes parking, Wi-Fi, linens and trash service. Unit cleaning is an extra charge. Owners can pay dues online through Vacatia.

Booking your stay

Owners reserve their time by calling the front desk, following the resort's call-in guidelines. You can reserve up to 11 months ahead, and the resort sends owners a call-in reminder each month.

Want more time here?

Owners can book extra nights as bonus time when suites are available, currently $150 a night for a one-bedroom and $165 for a two-bedroom. Rates vary with demand.

Exchanging your week

To travel somewhere new, owners can exchange their week through RCI, Interval International or Trading Places for stays at other resorts.

When you can't use your week

Let the front desk know as early as possible. The resort can rent your week for you: the association keeps 20% of the rental income plus cleaning fees, and the rest goes to you. Each rental needs an online authorization, and owners need a current W-9 on file.
