Owners return to Pacific Grove Plaza every year, to the same comfortable suites on Lighthouse Avenue, at a fixed yearly cost. Downtown Pacific Grove is outside the front door, and the coast is three blocks away.

Space and full kitchens
Suites range from about 840 to 1,740 square feet, with full kitchens, living and dining areas, and whirlpool or Jacuzzi tubs in many baths.

Single-level suites, two-story townhouses, flats with balconies and penthouses with roof decks and views of the bay.
Easy arrivals
Secure underground parking, elevators, on-site laundry and a front desk team who know the resort and the town.
What ownership costs
Yearly dues
Owners pay yearly dues that cover the full operation of the resort and its reserves. For 2026, dues are $1,186 for a one-bedroom and $1,369 for a two-bedroom [CONFIRM: 2026 two-bedroom dues]. Every-other-year owners are billed half the yearly dues each year.
How your week works
Seasons and exchanges
Weeks are offered in a White season (weeks 1-8) and a Red season (weeks 9-52), most every year and some every other year. Owners can also trade their week through RCI, Interval International and Trading Places.

Resale list and auction
Owners who want to sell their week join our resale list, and the resort holds an annual auction of owner intervals; the next is in March 2027.
